About these Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Plenty Fire ("we", "us"), the operator of this site. They apply whenever you use this site or hold an account with us. Please read them before you create an account.
Who can use this site
- You must be 18 or older.
- You may only use this site where doing so is permitted by the law that applies to you. It is your responsibility to know that law.
- You may hold one account. The details you give us must be true and your own.
We may refuse, limit or close an account at our discretion, including where we cannot confirm who you are or where you are.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away through the Support chat on this site if you think someone else has used it.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request, for example before a redemption above a certain size.
How coins work
Coins are the balance you use on this site, as recorded by us. These Terms describe how you get them and how you can ask to redeem them.
- Buying coins. You pay us directly, using one of the payment methods offered on the Buy coins screen. You then send us evidence of the payment, such as a screenshot. Our staff review it and, once approved, credit the coins to your account. A payment is not credited until our staff approve it.
- Game accounts. Coins you move to a game platform are held in a login on that platform. Our staff record those balances when they check them, so a balance shown for a game platform is the one last checked.
- Redemptions. You can ask to redeem coins in the Support chat. Our staff review each request, may ask for more information, and decide whether and how to send payment.
We may correct a balance that is wrong, and we keep a record of every change.
Games
Games on this site are provided by third-party game platforms. We do not control how those games work or what results they produce, and we make no promise about any result.
What you must not do
- Break any law, or use this site where it is not permitted for you.
- Open more than one account, or use someone else's account or payment details.
- Send false or altered payment evidence.
- Abuse, threaten or harass our staff or other players.
- Interfere with this site, its security or any game platform.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we are required to, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this site as it is and as it is available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, that were caused by a game platform or by events outside our reasonable control, or that arise from your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. When we do, we publish the new version on this page with its version number and date, and we may tell you by email. The version you agreed to when you signed up stays on record.
